Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
UberEpicZach asked me to write a script to find duplicate characters in history files. Numerous characters (more than 500 in catalan.txt alone) are duplicated in the history files, and these duplicates appear largely at a regular interval.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
You can use my attached python script to parse character history files for duplicates and the lines they appear on.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I have also attached a sample output from the script for the file catalan.txt in the character history directory.
