Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I revoked a title from one of my vassals. This made them my rival. I then lost stress because my rival had lost a title.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
As far as I can tell, the only thing to do is revoke titles until it triggers a rivalry.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Yes, it is stupid that you only have to revoke a title 2x and the character becomes, your rival with +100 opinion, but take their court position over 100 times and they will hate you, but not be a rival.

Rivals should require a strong negative opinion, before they can become your rival.
