Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My husband died and I re-married my consort. A short time after that I got the announcement that I'm pregnant, and the "Exceptional circumstances" event that it's my ex-husband that's the father, had better tell Adil (current husband, ex-consort).
All well and good, and very possible.
But the same thing happened with my next pregnancy... and also now for the third one since my ex-husband died. And even if the first event pop-up was correct, the first child has Adil as his father, not my ex-husband.

Nothing game breaking I don't think, unless everyone's later declared a bastard or whatnot.... but a bit annoying all the same.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
