Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Converted to danish culture from norse via event. Started as Bjorn Ironside.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Start with a norse ruler.
2. Form Scandinavia.
3. Move your capital to a danish de iure county.
4. Convert to danish culture via the event to merge all norsemen in one common culture.
5. You get the War Elephants technology for free. So you now have elephants in Denmark with no effort.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Unfortunately, the issue does not reproduce on our end. I don't have elephants on your save and I don't have them either when reproducing with your steps. See attached screenshot.

Hello Qloc!

I have attached a new save file here. I have fast forwarded the time until you get the event to change to a common culture and saved the file just there, so when you load it you get the event instantly. When you click convert to a common culture, then you get the War Elephants.

Please check this save.
