Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Vassal XP gain bonus is not determined by their education, but rather by the education of their liege. This applies to all direct vassals as far as I could verify. I had +40% bonus from Elusive shadow perk, and my vassal with 1 star perk is getting the same 37/month XP as me, while my marshal with 4 star 40% education, is getting the minimal XP/month, corresponding to lack of any martial education.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play as any character with direct vassals with same education, but different education perk levels.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Hello!

Unfortunately, the issue does not reproduce on our end. Can you provide us with more information? A screenshot or a save perhaps ?
Keep in mind that vassals are getting good bonuses from being on the council, one of them is a bonus to lifestyle XP.
