Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
In an Ironman and achievement enabled ruleset game. I have pressed my claim on "Kingdom of France" and conquered a large new territory with it as King of England, which leads to my "Vassal Limits" above limits as 45/40. I immediately created and granted 4 duchies, which reduced the number of my direct vassals to 37. Yet the "Vassal Limits" in the "Realm" page won't refresh and still shows 45/40, and I still suffer all the overlimits penalties.
I have tried to let the time pass for a few months, reload the game, and restart the game with no effect. And the number won't change even after I tried to reduce the direct vassal numbers even more that I only have 20+ vassals in the "Vassals" section of the player character's personal tab (which also includes barons) and my "Vassal Limits" still was 45/40.
The only way to bypass it I have found is to let territorial change happen. Such as conquered another county or grant a vassal independence, which will immediately refresh the "Vassal Limits" to the correct number.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Press the claim of a kingdom as another king, that leads to above vassal limits after you won the war. Grant ducal titles to reduce the direct vassal number.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I have attached a couple of screenshots and the ironman savefile that saved after I granted ducal titles that reduced the direct vassal number within limits but does not represent in the "vassal limits" section into the attachment.
