Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
People who get betrothed as kids, but are not landed, do not seem to get married when both reach 16. This causes a major pain in managing the dynasty. The screenshot example is both people in their 20s, still not married.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
not sure, may be get some of your courtiers betrothed and then let them go into different courts?
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
