Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I'm playing in 867 as the Chief of Athole albeit the tool say you can 'Raid' whenever I try sending my raiding army to a location they just stand there with the dicks in their hands doing fuck all.
I've done about 4 - 5 restarts on this and it's constantly the same. If this is because he is a Vassal, then that needs to be explained and the tool tip not come up to say otherwise and in fact tell you you can't raid because you're a vassal.
Tried it with another chieftan (Ormond) and not a Vassal Same deal. Raise raiding army, goto location no raid countdown, just stood their with their dicks in their hands while the AI all raid me.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Simply trying to play the game does it for me. No raid for you.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
At this juncture having wasted several hours trying to play what is clearly an early beta that wasn't remotely tested I don't have an answer on that. It's beyond my comprehension how something like this was never picked up. I guess everyone was too busy playing kings and dukes to bother seeing whether stuff at the count level actually works.
