Yes
How much "pain" is this causing you?

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My grandson was heir to all my duchy+ titles due to him having the most votes in their Tanistry elections. As a result, the "successon" screen in the "realm" menu indicated this grandson would become the player heir after my current character died. Upon death, some other person became the player heir (meaning I started to play as them) and inherited half of my titles (one of them being my highest tier title) while my grandson, the *actual* heir, inherited the other half.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Unsure, but it may have something to due with having a large dynasty or some bug with tanistry succession. Before and after saves are attached, if you wait long enough on the first save the player will die and you will see the inheritance in action.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I have attached a save game
Yes
