Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When I try to change the name of my kingdom it doesn't update in the game map and its still called as original duchy from which I started playing with.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I started as Thaton Dinasty and I wanted to change the name of the Kingdom I formed into Birmania, but the title is Still Thaton Kingdom.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
