Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Basically when I'm making a character who's under 18 (I'll send a screenshot with an 18 years old character as well for comparison) the game only lets me pick between no hair and the pageboy hairstyle. A friend of mine who hasn't got any Monarch's Journey haircuts told me he could only choose no hair so probably the rest of the Monarch's Journey haircuts would be available as welll if I had them.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just make a character who's under 18.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Thanks for your post, this is issue is now in our database, to get around this use the barbershop in game once the child has been created.
