Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The Royal Court event "Exhibiting [Name]'s Exhibition" allows me to exhibit my artifacts against a fee, for free, or not at all. Both the free and paid exhibition cause stress to my generous King. This makes sense for the paid exhibitions, but showing off my artifacts for free should probably reduce stress rather than cause it if my character is generous.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Have a character with the "generous" trait and trigger the "Exhibiting [Name]'s Collection" Royal Court event.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Have a look at the attached save game. The event in question is currently pending if you look at my Royal Court.
