Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I can't change my feudal contract with my liege because the game says my feudal obligations have already been changed. This is not the case, since both my character and my liege's character have been succeeded since the last (and only) time I changed this.
Note: while my previous character was still alive I gave my current character a title and changed his contract. As far as I understand however, the obsolete old contract between count (new char) and duke (old char) should have nothing to do with the contract between duke (new char) and king (liege). I'm just mentioning this because it could be the cause of the bug.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
If it is indeed caused by what I noted above you can grant a title to an heir, change his contract and then kill off your char (and your liege if that is necessary). Otherwise I don't know.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Probably not important but my liege is a child.
It's an ironman save in the cloud.
