Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The dress of a courtier is shown in a way that leave the lower half of her body exposed. It's draped over the body in an incorrect manner and it's evidently bugged.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Load the savegame and take a look, I have no real idea why it's not put on in the correct way.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I'm not really sure why it happens, unfortunately.
