Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Great Crusade was called as the catholic on some Nordic pagans settling inn middle Frenchia (no issue there), but because the Norsemen gets help from Hungary and some other step tribe they are the stronger faction and have now a war-score on battles maxed 100% however, because they don't give any concern about their home territories (England, south France, parts of Spain etc) the Catholics are now inn a 50% win ratio because occupation caps at 150% ... so now we are inn an never ending war...

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
get a crusade called on someone stronger then your religion (potentially Norsemen as explained) occupy enough land not close to the target of the crusade until reaching 150% and the AI (both sides of the crusade) will just derp around the crusade target not giving any interest about their homeland.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I think this is an issue inn both the AIs behavior AND crusade not being canceled if hitting a stalemate... (not sure if it have a time limit ... 18 years so far and 90% of the catholic worlds rulers are kids now)
