Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Temujin Borjigin arrives (I get the event), but has no armies and no land, so just stays a basic wanderer. Basically no Mongol invasion in this save.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
The game setting for Mongol invasion is random, the event fires in 1206. I notice that the character model wears plain clothes instead of the usual armor and the text says "unlanded" in places where it should say "Khan" or whatever. The only reason for this to happen that I can think of is the fact that some other AI dynasty has already created the title of Empire of Mongolia about 200 years prior (which I had nothing to do with), and I'm guessing that Temujin creates the same title upon arrival, but now he can't.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
See "some AI created Empire of Mongolia". I also pinned him in the save so you can find him more easily :)

Well, since the file has failed to upload and that was an ironman game, I kind of continued to play it and didn't make a backup, so that exact file doesn't exist anymore, sorry :)

I will attach the zipped latest save of that game just in case, don't know if that would be of any help.

I also now realized that I failed to mention that the save was started on 1.0 and the bug happened after the 1.1 update, so that could have been the cause.
