Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Since latest patch struggle CB is no longer free - indeed is prohibitively expensive now (not sure if it was meant to be free originally and that was a bug that was fixed - but if so maybe some game balance tweaks needed on cost)

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Having resolved the struggle (may also occur while struggle still active), try to declare war on neighbouring state - observe struggle CB prestige cost is pretty high vs. zero as it was previously

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

• The Struggle Clash CB now has a cost after the Struggle ended

therefore only thing to discuss is the heights of the cost. not that it is not free anymore

How on earth did you get the struggle in cairo? Are you modding or what. Struggle clash lets you select all bordering counties but you can mix and match which you want to take
