Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
As Norway, conquered Sweden. Then went on to destroy the "Kingdom of Sweden" title in order to keep my kingdom intact as I'm going for Empire of Scandanavia.

Then, when my king dies, I see that my younger, incestuous, dumber son inherited the Kingdom of Sweden. A title that no longer existed.

Checked an earlier save and I see that he is indeed listed as the heir to the Kingdom of Sweden.

What's particularly weird is that this was an elective title and my idiot son holds no land in Sweden, so I can't imagine this is WAD.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Assuming it does reproduce:

Conquer a kingdom as a king. Destroy the new kingdom title. Die. See if someone "inherits" the nonexistent title.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
In attached save file you can see that my second son, Torbjorn, is set as heir to "Kingdom of Sweden", which rollover text lists as "not created". WTF?

Do you have Confederate Partition? If so, that's how it works. Titles will be created for heirs if possible, you can't manage succession via title destruction til you get to normal Partition.
