Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When I start the game from Steam, the launcher shows up and it has a little notification saying "Something went wrong while updating the launcher. Please contact support."

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Open Steam
2. Click Crusader Kings III
3. Click Play
