Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The event window for ransoms and indulgences does not show the full information, only the flavor text of the event. Cannot see offers of gold or other details. Sometimes the events will start displaying in full again without a known reason why. Alliances, a different kind of diplomacy event, always shows the full details.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
play for a while and then have a diplomacy event occur that is a ransom offer or an indulgence. It may take many of these events to reproduce the issue. Restarting the game seems to resolve the issue for some time.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Thanks for reporting this! We haven't been able to reproduce it from the attached save, but we'll look into it further. Could you let me know if this is still happening in 1.3.1? Have you also noticed this in other saves? Thank you!

I have not noticed this happening with 1.3.1 since it updated. I've only been paying attention to it today though. If I see it again, I will reply here.

Also experiencing this. Happens on every playthrough now once I become head of faith (indulgences specifically), after a few instances of it working, the details text will simply no longer show on the notifications (as OP image shows).

Experiencing exactly the same as Xyson, doing an Iberian Struggle the details text stopped showing in several pop-ups, can't see ransom quantities and when other rulers offer to join my war "for a price" the price is also missing.

The option to send a non-aggression pact is also gone.
