Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I own a MacBook pro 2016, so I was able to comfortably play CK2 with no significant speed issues. Upon release, CK3 was very slow and laggy for my mac, so I've had to switch to windows on bootcamp.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Happened whenever I used mac. Easiest way to see this is to run speed 5 on both systems and there's a drastic difference.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

It's not just you - I have a 2019 iMac with Radeon Pro 580, and the game is literally 10x faster under Bootcamp than on OS X.

Me too, the game is painfully slow under Mac. Also i cant seem to make it run stably under bootcamp - keeps crashing to a black screen. Any solutions?
