Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
This isn't the only time I've seen this, but the screenshot is specifically from a hunting event where a man-eating lion was killed. The noun is missing in the artifact's name and description.

EDIT: Added another screenshot. the 3D graphic also appears to be missing when the skull is hung as a decoration. The slot is also not clickable. (In this case I hung it on small wall decoration slot #3, which is normally on the far left side of the screen.) Sorry, i had the cursor pointing at it but Print Screen seems to remove cursors.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue


Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
