Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I'm playing as the Catholic kingdom of Portugal. The county of Jaen is held by an independent Muwalladi count. The count of Jaen has a single vassal - the baron-level ruler of Ubeda (the barony in Jaen). That baron has no heirs. When the baron dies, the count of Jaen inherits Ubeda, and inexplicably becomes my vassal.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Load up the attached save (1043_07_01), and wait for the baron of Ubeda to die (it should happen very quickly, as his health is near zero).
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
This problem is not isolated - it has occurred multiple times in my game. I have attached a second save (1060_07_01). In this save, the independent count of Zaragoza is attacking the independent count of Albarracin. When the count of Zaragoza conquers Albarracin (should happen within a month or two of the save), he automatically becomes my vassal, despite the fact that I have no relationship with either county or ruler. I tried loading this game up as Zaragoza, and I got a notification saying "Queen Muriel has become your liege but you don't know why! (No matching realm_maintenance.1001 transfer_type)". See the final screenshot.
