Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Save Files stop existing after quitting out to Desktop and can no longer be accessed. They do not show up in the game files and don't show up in invalid save games either.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play a game around the North Sea or the Balkans as a pagan faith, form a title per decision (first case Livonia, second case North Sea Empire), reform (not neccessarily in that order), after a long play session, quit out to Desktop

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I quit the latest game with this problem during a War.

Update: War is not relevant to this problem. Reforming the Asatru Faith and forming a new Kingdom in Jerusalem causes the same issue.
