Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I no longer get an option to create a ruler. Now it just gives me the option to "play as any ruler" in its place.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
For me at the moment all I need to do
1. Start the game.
2. Click on new game.
For me initially
1. Start the game
2. Click on new game.
3. Click on play any ruler or create your own.
4. Go back to main menu.
5. Click new game.
6. Change bookmark.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
- I was having an unrelated problem with a long initial load time which was unresponsive until the game loaded. That has solved itself after a PC restart but I first encountered the problem with this being an issue.
