Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I took the Byzantine Empire, with my primary title being Italia, before going to restore the Roman Empire, so that it would become de jure part of the new Roman Empire, but when I took the Byzantine Empire title the decision changed from copying Italia's title history to copying the Byzantine title history, even though Italia is my primary title and the emblem shows that it will be the emblem of Italia. Not sure why it doesn't copy the title history of my primary title, which I built up over 200 years in-game, and instead copies the Byzantine title history which I've only held for less than a year.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Unify Italy, go to restore Roman Empire, it will copy Italia title history, except if you also hold Byzantine Empire, it will instead copy Byzantine title history.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
