Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Converting culture to unlock regional locked innovations does not update the number of counties in that region with your culture until you save and restart the game.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play as the Irish
Conquer the counties of Holland and Westfriesland
Convert the culture to Irish to unlock Wierdijks in one of those counties
After converting one of the counties, the counter for Irish counties in the Netherlands will not increase to unlock Wierdijks until you save and reload the game
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I have attached a save game that has Holland already converted to Irish and Westfriesland is 92% converted. Unpause the game and wait a minute for Westfriesland to convert. After that check the Wierdijks innovation and it won't be unlocked. Save the game and close out of CK3 then reload back to the save you just created and you will see Wierdijks is now unlocked.
