Restored the roman empire, kids no longer getting 'born in the purple' trait.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Restore the roman empire, have some kids after doing so.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Thank you for the report! Unfortunately, the issue does not reproduce on our end. Can you provide us with more information? Currently the requirements for the child to obtain "Born in Purple" trait are that at least one of child's parents needs to be the Emperor of Byzantium or Rome with Constantinople as the Capital and the mother has to be in Constantinople while giving birth.

Ah, my apologies.
I Had no clue that Constantinople had to be the capital in order to get the trait.
Right after restoring the roman empire, I took the decision to move my capital to Rome, which is why I thought the 'Roman Empire' title was the problem.
