Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
after recruiting enemy heir and giving a country, that heir become your vassal, and it is supposed that if he inherit title which is equal to or lower than his rank, he will bring domain into liege's realm. However it is not the case. if that vassal inherit a title that is the same rank, the newly inherited title can become primary instantly and causing the vassal become independent or vassal of another liege.

which then create another bug.
Game notification would fail to give warning "realm will loss land when vassal inherit title" for such vassal.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
capture enemy heir, make him your vassal and kill his father, make sure vassal is at the same rank

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
