Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Created a norse character (in scandinavia), lots of raiding and fighting, in one instance against Duke of Novgorod. At some point initiated a varangian adventure war against Moravia and succeeded into taking their duchy of Bohemia. Quickly after I was able to form the kingdom of Bohemia, where I got 2 warbanner from Novgorod instead of the dynasty and house banner I should have gotten.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Fight a bunch with a norse character, do a varangian adventure (which is I think is core to the problem), establish a kingdom and you should encounter the bug.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Not really, follow the steps I mentionned in that order and it should be there.
