Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Realm bonus for piety gain or control growth from Canterbury Cathedral isn't being applied to either the owner of Kent, or the Overall liege of the Realm. Perhaps its being applied to the Archbishop, but I can't check the breakdown of their piety gain.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start any gain, as either Harold Godwinson, or the Duke of Kent, (whichever one should get the bonus) look at piety gain, and see that its less than half what it should be.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

This apply to any building that have realm bonus, it's not working as intended...i hope they fix this ...
