Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I have noticed that when the AI offers me a ransom amount for their desired prisoner the screen only pops up with the dialogue but doesn't list the amount of money they would like to pay me.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just capture a high class person and wait for the ransom message.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Just playing the game normally.

It's a bug with the Stewartship Lifestyle Perk "Golden Obligations", or the prisoner just don't have the money. Check the links below ;)

Thank you for your report. Unfortunately, we could not reproduce the issue on our end. Would you be able to give us more information about it? And if it happens again, a save file packed into a .zip folder from that moment would be helpful.

Really? It's a known bug and other Devs/Mods already confirmed it as bug and that it's added to the bug database.
