Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When ransoming a prisoner, I do not get the amount as agreed. I ransom one person at a time, and checked that the Recipient has the money. Still I do not get paid the full sum.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Ransom a prisoner to someone who got enough money, and see how much receiver gets and how much money payer loses.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I can attach screenshots. Is there a way to grant you access to the Ironman mode save file let me know. I would not want to lose it.

As you can see in the first screenshot. Count Riibma has 585 Gold and I try to ransom Mohkku for 270 Gold and I have 7 Prisoners. I only ransom one person at a time for the test.

5 Days later I get the message "Ransom Accepted" and that Count Riibma paid me 270 Gold. However, I only got 10 Gold and Count Riibma lost 10 Gold. So 260 Gold are missing.

As has often been written, it is a bug with the stewardship lifestyle perk "Golden Obligations" and PARADOX knows about it.

I had same problem and I'm positive it's because of the perk golden obligations being activated.

I found a workaround to collect all 300, everytime.

Instead of choosing 300 and ransom, choose favor and then it will pop up on the "You can demand payments" list and then you can collect the 300 when they have the full 300 to give.
