Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After taking the Practiced Kidnappers dynasty legacy I noticed all of the ransom offers from the AI are bugged and not displaying correctly. Accepting the ransom offer gives gold and prestige as intended.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
