Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Clicking of the culture that a culture diverged from in the culture window will remove you ability to move the map left using the "A" key. Closing the culture window, or moving the map using the mouse middle button, will fix the problem.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Open a parent culture through the culture window, then try to move the map left using WASD.
