Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Closing diplomatic offers from other characters (e.g. form alliance, call to war, blackmail, offer concubine) with the "on decline" tab opened causes ransom requests to not display the ransom amount.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Receive and open any of the mentioned diplomatic offers and switch to the "on decline" information tab. With this tab open, close the window by selecting a response. Imprison some characters and wait for a ransom offer. The window will not display the ransom amount.
The problem can be fixed by receiving another diplomatic offer and responding while the "on accept" tab is selected. After which, ransom offers will again display the ransom amount.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
This may be because the ransom window is internally being placed in the saved "on decline" tab, despite not having visible tabs to select.
