Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Hooks blackmailed for before reforming a faith can be still used, when that faith no longer considers the blackmail reason criminal/Secrets found before reformation of faith can still be blackmailed for and accepted.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Find a secret considered criminal on someone, then reform to make it no longer criminal. Hook/Secret does not disappear.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
