Vassal King who borders my demesne decides to make a hybrid culture and half of my demesne and the kingdom title it is in changes to the new culture. (I attach a screenshot) Please limit culture change to their kingdom
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Have a vassal in a wrong culture duchy/kingdom.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
