Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
There seems to be an issue with not getting a reward after winning a trial-by-combat.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start and win a trial-by-combat event, "Death" version. No reward is received after win screen.

2 save game files added, different games same issue.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Same thing happens with "Gold" event.

Same thing seems to happen when an event fires that would give me 150 prestige. This was during a "hunt" event. No screenshot or save regarding this though.
