Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When playing as the Norse culture and Asatru relgion, a child with parents from the same dynasty does not take their proper parent's name. In the attached screenshot, the child Skuld is referred to as "Sofiasdottir" while she should actually be named after her father "Gunnarrsdottir". I've noticed this with all the children who have parents from the same dynasty and it always uses the mother's name even if the marriage is patrilineal. It doesn't matter if it's a cadet branch.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
When playing as the Norse culture and Asatru relgion, marry two people from the same dynasty and their child will take the mother's name.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
