Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When a woman converts from a monogamous faith to a polygamous faith with Equal Doctrine, they do not gain Secondary Spouses slots. I have not tried going from an Equal (or Female-Dominated) monogamous doctrine however. This also applies to consorts.
Strangely, men do gain secondary spouses when going from a monogamous faith to a polygamous faith. Not sure if it's reversed if the religion has Female Dominated, though.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start as a female character, convert to a religion that has the doctrines of Equal and either Polygamous or Consort&Concubines Marriage Doctrine. Notice you only have one space for spouses.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
There's an easy fix if using the console, take the territory the female ruler has (so she's unlanded), invite her to your court, then give the title back to her. That fixes the problem.
I have attached a save game
