Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Summary: Everytime i die (After re-building Roman Empire) when my player heir should have been succeed to the throne, instead the game says GAME OVER, NO PLAYER HEIR AVAILABLE i have to launch & exit several times to fix the game over bug.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
The issue did not started from the start of 867 but it instead started after 1100's when i re-build the roman empire again. I checked over and over again if i did something wrong like below;
You die with no heir of your dynasty
You die and your heir has an unplayable government.
You change to an unplayable government or religion
You lose all titles without dying and the game is unable to transfer play to another ruler of your dynasty
You reach the start of the year 1453
None of these game ending scenarios are matched. Interesting thing when i launch & exit couple of times game will start to continue as if nothing happend and i play first with my former ruler then immediately after he dies and contiune with player heir. Everytime when the succesion should have happened succesfully, this issue occurs. I can still continue playing after couple of tries but it is still annoying, please help.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
The issue happened after re-creating the roman empire. In spite of how i've changed succesion laws in order to fixing the issue (all child inherits and other succesion laws) it did not work. Other noticable thing is; game also crashes quickly after the bug occurs.
