Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Playing an insular ruler (polygamy), I have noticed that the player receives no notification of one of their wives dying. The only hint is the music sample playing, but it is left to the player to look at their character and find out who exactly has died. This happens even if the spouse in question is a pinned character.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Load attached savegame, advance time as much as needed, wait for player character's main wife to pass within a year or two. Note that while the sound sample plays, no other notice is given of her death.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
