Short summary of your issue my own claims are not shown in declare war window

Game Version 1.1.2

What OS are you playing on?
Linux

What platform are you using?
Steam

Do you have mods enabled? No

Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)?
Yes

How much "pain" is this causing you?

(I started a new campaign where the issue does not occur anymore).

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Playing as a count in Byzantium, I sent my bishop to fabricate a claim on a county. I get it. Afterwards, I try to declare war for that county. But it doesnt show up in the declare war screen: you have no claims to press. Ergo, I cannot declare war.

To be more precise: I right-click on the country flag. I then click on declare war (in contrast, this does not work if I have indeed no claim - then it is grayed out). then I see the declare war screen, but with zero claims. The entry "my claims" is not there.

On the other hand, I see claims of other people. (I can declare war for their claims, but not for my own.)

I loaded an old playthrough as Ireland, there I can see my own claims. I figure that my save is corrupted in some way.

I loaded an old save from the Byzanz playtrough. After my bishop gets a new claim, I dont see it in the declare war window, either.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I dont find my save games or screen shots. Can you tell me the location for linux steam?

I have attached a save game
No

Hello!

We require a save game to properly investigate the issue. Please attach a zipped save here, if possible.
Save games can usually be found at: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\save games

Cheers!

He said Linux. That's the save directory for Windows.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I need the directory for linux. :) Maybe it would also be nice to add this to the sticky thread: how to report bugs. I haven't found advice on the internet and there are so many folders in my ~/.steam folder that it is really difficult to find the savegames.

Also: I gave up that campaign and started a new one. There, I don't have the issue. So my guess is that my savegames (including autosaves) got corrupted (maybe after patching? I don't remember).
Therefore, this issue is causing my no pain anymore, so 0 instead of 10.

But if you want to have a look at my savegame, I'll gladly produce it, provided I find out where it is.
