Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I try to open my game and it chash... i have 26 hours in the game i have played in this version yesterday and this was not happening.
I bought the most expensive version of the game, I can't play because of I don't know what.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Launch the game.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I was tryng to fix the problem and i find that my game only works offline. If i remove the ethernet cable it starts normaly, can same one help me?
