Is this a bug, or lack of feature? Seems to me that if you have exotic food you may or may not want your prisoner to get the health benefits of that food. Most realistically you could decide whether they kept the buff, but I'm not sure its a bug to have the castle cooks just prepare the same food for everyone.

this bug (i think like that) still exist.

yesterday, I imprisoned a member of my yard for crimes - while in prison, this criminal still used the gifts of my yard - he ate exotic food (lobsters and caramel were brought to him directly to the cell). Stop this outrage. My yard can't stand such financial expenses.

It's because the food quality is a global modifier applied to every courtier and guest without checking if the char is in prison.

Code:
        courtier_guest_modifier = {
            stress_loss_mult = 0.4
            negate_health_penalty_add = 0.2
        }
