Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
On the multiplayer options, it has a crossed-through globe icon saying "Multiplayer inaccessible - please sign into Paradox Plaza". When I sign in, it appears un-greyed for a split-second where it appears to log me out and the same "Multiplayer inaccessible" message reappears.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Launch Game
Select either Multiplayer option
Sign into Paradox Plaza
Error reappears

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
