Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The numbers for a scheme success chance, time and secrecy are missing, which renders the game unplayable since I can't decide when a scheme is likely to succeed, and therefore I can't use them. I have tried several other languages such as French and Portuguese and it only happens in Spanish.
Edit: The Steam mod 'TME (Traducción Mejorada al Español)' partially solves it, success chance and secrecy are visible, but time isn't. The mod causes other bugs (variable names showing up instead of their values) so it's not a fix either, but you could use it to discover the cause.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start a new game in Spanish and try to murder someone.
