DLC "Garments of the holy roman empire" missing after unchecked from lancher can not load save games, can not see DLC any where.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Uncheck DLC "Garments of the holy roman empire" from lancher then DLC disappeared.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
