Short summary of your issue Memory Leak in GUI Editor

Game Version 1.2.1

What OS are you playing on?
Windows

What platform are you using?
Steam

Do you have mods enabled? Yes

Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)?
No

How much "pain" is this causing you?
10

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I open GUI Editor, and my computer starts chugging, and I see a 96% memory usage on task manager.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I had a text editor that had open gui files, while I opened the GUI Editor. GUI files are one of the files that the game scans and updates when -debug_mode is enabled. GUI Editor updates these files. This might have caused an infinite loop.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Not that I think of, I gave this a 10 on pain index due to it being a critical problem. BUT most players would not encounter this issue.

I have attached a save game
No

Hello mrtats!

Thank you for your report. Unfortunately we cannot help you with modded save files or games that are running mods. If this issue replicates when not running mods or attempting to load a modded save, please make a new thread for it.
